GUF2 award on last day of card year.
Hi, with the flights currently booked i’ll reach 2500 tier points on my card expiry date - the fight is on my card expiry date (might actually total 2510).
Would this still count as a GUF2 if I fly on the last day, so technically within the card year. or have the points to be awarded before end of card year?
The flight of concern is CE EDI to LHR, 40 points, which I’m flying on my last card day for the current year.

Can you clarify the date you're referring to?
A card expires at the end of the month following your membership/collection year date.
So you would need to earn 2500 TPs by the 8th of a month - your collection year expiry date.
The card will expire on the final day of the following month - but your TP total would have reset to zero on the 9th of the month before.

Tier point collection ends 8th Nov, card year 31st Dec.
Currently 2330 with 200 (80, 40, 80) CE points due, 40 of which will be flown 8th dec.
I still need to book Txl to LHR 1 way so add in 5 / 10 mid October

In this scenario you will not be able to reach 2500 by the end of your current TP year.
You need 2500 TP flown by 8th Nov.

Sorry my mistake - November not December.
Currently 2330 with 200 (80, 40, 80)
160 points will be flown by 6th November, the remaining 40 points on 8th Nov (EDI-LHR CE) my card year end date.

As always for TPs that may post after the membership year end, it'll be worth checking your account a few days after the flight to make sure that (a) they've posted; and (b) they have proper been counted for (what will by then be) the previous year.
