GGL now showing on BP?

GGL now showing on BP?
I'm flying out of Cairo and so had to get a paper boarding pass for the first time in... a long time. Anyhow, on the bottom of my boarding pass it shows GGL. I don't remember guest list showing up previously, and I didn't recently cross any thresholds (currently at 7,500 TPs for the year with my year ending in October). Is this new?

The whole BP design appears to have changed. Where was the BP issued?

Can't recall seeing that before but I use the app to check in and rarely get a paper boarding pass. Will look at app boarding pass more closely next time.

Not that I'm familiar with GGL paperwork but yes that does look like a different design BP - no boxes and (heavens no) it actually says the origin and destination on the main bit. Is this maybe just the design used by the CAI system, not something new for BA?

I've seen this boarding pass design a couple times - once in LYS. Not sure what triggers it, maybe a cut-down version of FLY? It looks like the standard Amadeus/Altea boarding pass format used by quite a few airlines.
