He rarely does but is frequently tagged.in posts to the airline so I am sure he tries to read them if he can.

Interestingly Britishairwayspr is a new Instagram account that’s been set up to show us behind the scenes. I guess we won’t know the true reason but given that social media is so integral to companies now I am surprised they are taking this route
