So some changes there from the training course, the plate for the drinks service and tea and coffee are new, we were told that white plate which you see with the butter/bread/oil/ cruets was also to be used for these.
The wine carry as far as I know will only hold two bottles and should be used to serve the two whites and then the two reds, still and sparking water bottles had to be carried in each hand.
Were there any chocolates served?

Thank you C-W-S for a very thorough report.
I do not think anyone can argue that this is a genuine enhancement to the CW service, provided it remains at this level (or gets better, of course).
Is it enough to tempt me onto CW over other carriers with better seats (over and above overnight JFK/PHL TATLs)? Unfortunately not. Roll on the new seat and if every seat has all aisle access and the density is reduced, it could be up there with the better products in the market.
Overall, well done BA - please keep the improvements coming and you'll soon become a competitive option.

The time will come down, this will be the first time the crew have done this service, the longer time is due to the crew not knowing where things are in the galleys and setting up the trolleys.

I think that looks really nice, certainly premium rather than some of the shocking pictures of standard CW catering, just a shame it won't be on the Mexico City route in November. Thanks for getting the quick early review in, this is why I love this site!

Wow, thanks for the detailed report, very comprehensive and great photos.
God, decent glassware makes such a difference, gives it all a touch of class.
I'm starting to think about my next trip already :-)

looks really impressive. Great Report CWS. Hopefully it will be on my LAS flight June 11, taking my mother on her first Business Class flight in 64K, this would be a nice touch.

Thanks for the detailed writeup, CWS!
2 questions.
1) Is that a new multimedia display screen for CW?
2) Will First be receiving commensurate upgrades in catering? CW now has better food presentations and quality than F!
