How does the Do&Co upgrade in CW for JFK affect WTP?

Obviously they won't get the presentation - but do they get the improved main meals too?
I'm flying WTP on Sept 1 for JFK-LHR and Sept 11 for LHR-JFK. Will report back what I see/eat.

As of now, this is the preorder menu for the Sept 11 flight:

BA183 LHR-JFK

Starter
- Red cabbage coleslaw with cranberry

Main
- Seared fillet of British beef with bubble and squeak', savoy cabbage and a Madeira and tarragon sauce
- Chicken jalfrezi with Bombay potatoes and coriander rice

Dessert
-Malted chocolate pot
I don't fly BA a lot, but these mains options look like they're from the pre-enhancement days?

I certainly recognise those dishes from the previous CW menu, and they don't relate to the CW menu on this route for September. So it looks to me that you are correct, this is taken from the previous meal options rather than a change. I will ask tomorrow.

I would actually rather have that beef and bubble and squeak dish when I fly (also on the 11th). Presumably a J passenger asking for a WT+ meal shouldn't be too hard? I may give it a go.

I'll try and get the content up soon after arrival into Kennedy, so probably around 18:00 hrs BST. Yeah I know, no wifi!

That's a real disappointment (as a mainly WTP flyer). Also seems weird. It used to be "CW main with WT tray" ... now it's "special WTP main with WT tray".

Surely that's more cost?

Apologies for the slight delay, but the flight was too short for me to type up everything!

As we move from speculation to delivery, I have take the liberty of starting a new thread here:

Will flights to India benefit from the new CW offering at the end of March in terms of food? Flying to Chennai just before Easter and was being nosey and/or hopeful? Thank you
