You First

I have spent ages searching for the You First page on the BA website and searching here which gives me no returns.

I saw the page earlier today when I made the booking and cannot find it again. It is not in Manage My Booking (or I am too stupid to find it).

Would someone who knows either post or PM me the web address for You First.

I have a First booking in October and would like something special organised.

I don't think there should be a problem with this as I don't think it is supposed to be a secret number (but they will just ask for your booking code before doing anything):

From UK: 0800 408 7667
From abroad: +44 161 448 3013

Quintessentially concierge are on:
+44 (0) 845 224 3821 (24 hours daily)
[email protected]
(can use from 14 days before flight)

By special, do you mean a 4 tier wedding cake...?!

You can find the link to the You First contact details at the bottom of this page:

https://www.britishairways.com/en-us...es/first/first

It is under the Information info on the BA site, under travel classes/First. There's numbers to call and a form you can use to send in an email.

Don't worry, you're not going mad. The number only appears if you have UK or USA selected on BA.com (and maybe a few others). If you were on a different country, it would not have appeared.

For future reference, a google search for 'ba you first' will turn up these numbers as the first result.

So, on the topic of YouFirst, what is the scope of the Quintessentially Concierge service?
What would it be useful for, and how far are they willing to go? I have 2 upcoming F flights from LHR, will be my first time on BA in F...just curious if there is anything I could use this service for.
Or is it just a gimmick that looks good on paper?

Thanks!

I note that the page says for "UK residents only" which is interesting to me (as I'm not) and maybe to you, as I see your profile. I am flying BA First later this week but assume I can't ask for anything special :-)
