A new role, or did someone's head roll over the IT outage fiasco?

Maybe BA needs a CRO = Chief Resilience Officer.

I looked at the JD and it is basically an admin role.
The 'executive' reports to the resilience manager.
in a crisis you'd likely be carrying Alex's hi-viz rather than making major decisions!
