"Pouffes" in the GF lounge

Are they for putting your feet on? I did a hard run today and would like to stretch out but the guy opposite is eating off his... Don't want to commit a lounge etiquette faux pas!

Most certainly, yes, they are for putting your feet on!
Also, I assume the food is on a plate and not directly on the "pouffe"...?!

Also that is a great word that I haven't seen written down (or heard spoken, for that matter) for a good long time.
Well done, Sir/Madam.

Yet again another reason to love the BA forum and all it offers culturally and education wise.

I had know idea what a "Pouffe" was. It sounded like a cookie (biscuit) to me. I am glad I clicked on the thread otherwise next time I was in GF I may have strolled up to the bar and asked if I can please have a pouffe.

That might not have been a terrible idea, given your username...

Also be careful how you say and spell it, otherwise it can mean something very different which can be classified as highly offensive.
