The route launches on 4th May. The first flight back to LHR from Nashville.

Not sure if anybody will be on this flight but suspect at least one FTer will be on the flight out.

BA.com are selling seats in economy and premium economy but showing no availability for Club World.

It is odd that the first flight is an inbound
I think its very variable how special an inaugral flight is
I think it deprnds a little in the outstation and whether you het a water canon salute!
You should ask CWS who has done a few of these!

The first flight is BA223 out to Nashville on Friday 4th May (LHR dep 15:45, BNA arr 18:50). The first return is BA222 (BNA dep 20:25, LHR arr 10:30 +1).

Not the same as here since BA will very unlikely bring forward the start date of the service, but a few years back I was booked on the first LAX to LHR A380 flight, only for the introduction date to be brought forward a few weeks.

Two questions spring to mind:
1) If BA launch a new route and c-w-s isn’t on the inaugural flight, does the route really exist?
2) What, no back to back?

I'm interested in doing this flight on the BNA - London route on its first day, but my luck I'd book the tickets and then they'd change the first flight date.
