Time taken for One World Partner Flights to Post
Had two recent experiences.
First was Iberia, LHR to RAK. First flight, LHR-MAD was IB flight number but BA Metal. Took about 3 weeks, including an online claim and several phone calls to get it to post (it got me over the line for gold).
Recently, LHR-ICN via HEL on AY, same again, first flight on BA metal. Points still not posted, and have filed an online claim.
Is it something to do with checking in online on the BA app for the first leg? Or just having BA metal in there that confuses things?
