I've also done the JFK-ORY-LHR route... but on my way to GRU

JFK-LCY-ORY-JFK may now be possible and would be an interesting product sampling.

Article in French below. Apologies, it's probably more an interline agreement rather than full codeshare.

It is indeed just an interline

Il ne s’agit pas d’un code share mais d’un accord interlines
But better than nothing, I do think it is much more beneficial to Corsair pax than BA pax!

That makes a lot of sense.

LCY-ORY will be very good for grabbing some O&D.

That isn't the reason, at all.

Yes and no. By car, definitely. By public transport - ORY is a bit of a pain.

Move to Twickenham and you solve that problem :-P

I find ORY better connected by public transport, certainly more reliable than the RER to CDG!

I am relying on the info in the b2b thread for KEF:
It's as easy as it gets. Just don't go through Immigration, stay on ground floor in non-Schengen and you'll be within 5 minutes of your gate.

No codeshare to my knowledge, but there is an interline agreement.

Code:
   MAY ISSUE TICKETS INCLUDING
AA AB AC AE AF AH AI AM AS AT AV AY AZ A3
A9 BA BD BE BI BL BM BP BR BT BW B6 CA CI
CM CX CZ DL DT EC EI EK ET EY FB FI FJ FV
GA GF GK G3 HA HG HM HP HU HX IB IC IG JC
JJ JL JP JQ JU JY J2 KA KC KE KK KL KM KP
KQ KU KX LA LG LH LI LO LP LR LX LY ME MH
MI MK MN MS MU MX NH NU NZ OA OK OM OS OU
OZ PG PR PS PW PX PZ QF QI QM QR RB RJ RO
SA SB SN SQ SS SU SV SW S7 TA TF TG TJ TK
TM TN TP TU T0 UA UK UL UP UU U0 U7 VN VS
       VY WF WM WS WY XK XL XM X5 2K 2N 3K 3U 4C
       4M 5T 7H 9B 9W
However, after searching through all of SS's destinations, I cannot find any examples of a valid itinerary including travel on both SS and BA, so it seems like the agreement is no longer in active use, except perhaps during IRROPS.

The LCY-ORY I have been expecting for some time. I was astounded when I saw that CityJet had let the route lapse. I assume that was as a result of the divorce with Air France. As it is, I would not imagine that sadly, CityJet will be around much longer. Every week I seem to get mails exorting me to purchase tickets at 25 - 30% reductions to those few routes that they now fly. These sales then get extended so I imagine that cash flow is dire.

I prefer ORY to CDG - except as has been pointed out ORY is a bit of a pain. The RER is really quite expensive from central Paris and the OrlyVal requires a change of trains at Antony (?). What I do if coming to ORY, is to take the Orlybus to Denfert Rochereau. The apartment that I let out is near to Alesia, so that is most convenient.

As the train is not a convenient option for me in London - ORY works fine.

If you can drag yourself away from the noodles in the CX lounge at CDG, ORY is good - more compact, and the lounge is decent enough.

There is also a fairly new tram connection into southern Paris from the orly sud terminal - Orlyval is a pain - in fact it was originally going to be a direct RER connection, the space for the station (a sunken concrete box) exits under the terminal.

What's particularly tempting about that KEF flight is that Iceland Airwaves starts after the first flight!

I'm looking at going to KEF in November - is the LCY / KEF route likely to start again this winter? Did it prove successful last season?
Thanks

Not sure how successful it was, but I am sure it's in the schedule again later this year - I was booking a KEF trip for November recently and the LCY was listed.
