Is it going to be horribly gender neutral with the "Hello everyone" introduction like AA?

Nothing will ever beat Bangkok Airways Safety video in my opinion

and their service with passion video is something any airline should learn from (this music!!!!! ^^^^)

It's not actually that bad! Although not sure how long it will take for the humour to wear thin after you've seen it a few times.

I think the video they are releasing today is the promo video and will therefore be longer than the actual operational video that will be played on board.

Its actually not that bad! And it was due for a refresh anyway.

Yep. Although she's a bit fluid British/American. She's certainly a Londoner. She lives across the road from me, although I don't really see her. Then again, she's had good training in keeping a low profile. She's probably spying on me for all I know

Back to the topic, I'm pleased the video is being replaced. I think videos like the QR one are excellent, so if it's that kind of production value, then well done BA.
