BA Delayed Luggage - EDI
Another reminder how bad BA has got...
My luggage did not arrive on my flight from LCY to EDI. This can happen and is usually not a big issue.
The luggage arrived 6h later at 3pm. However, BA did not want to ship it to my hotel (45 min away by car) before noon on the following day?! So I had to go to the airport to pick it up in person. This is the worst delayed luggage handling I have ever experienced!
The luggage handling agent said that BA was the problem. The BA Gold Hotline said that the luggage handling agent is the problem. BA did not care about any complaints and just ignored them. I hope my travel insurance goes after BA for the costs they incurred...
