A380 - lhr-iad

Hello wise people -

I thought that BA flew the A380 on the LHR-IAD route. It even says so on their website. However I can't find that flight!

Can anybody solve this mystery for me?

Not every day, on every sector, IIRC. Seasonal factors may also apply.

It's on the 217/216 rotation until the end of the month.

You may want to also consider the BOS service, which also can be an A380. Alternatively the 787 services to BWI, EWR and PHL, though First isn't offered on all sectors.

Not bad, might even consider doing that for my work meetings, currently looking at some convoluted itineraries to get extra tps but on way home why not

Hi - Sorry I'm a bit confused. Does this mean that the A380 isn't on this route currently? I am due out in the next couple of weeks and MBB is telling me (promising me) this i'm on the A380 on both legs of the journey (this would be the 216/217 flight).

Sorry if this is a really stupid question but I have been particularly looking forward to my first A380 trip.

Thx,
A
