Where can I find fare/fee/tax breakdown of my booking?

Where can I find fare/fee/tax breakdown of my booking?
I made an Avios booking and paid for the taxes and fees. Now, I cannot find a breakdown of those taxes and fees anywhere on MMB nor on the email I received. Does anyone know where I can find that information?

There is just a summary of the amount without any specifics for each portion. this is very strange.

Was it an Reward Flight Saver fare? On a BA operated flight?
I can see information on two recent bookings I've made both in the originally emailed e-ticket and via https://myaccount.myflightsapp.com/

Use the Finnair Manage Booking facility
You can access your live BA booking through the Finnair Manage Booking facility - just input last name and BA booking reference/PNR - and you can request a copy of your e-ticket which will show the fare breakdown, with taxes shown separately (even reward/redemption tickets). Far better and neater than anything BA currently provides.

A long haul BA flight operated by BA. YVR-LHR.
i followed your link and entered my last name and PNR and the details came up. I clicked on "request e_ticket receipt" and it gave me an sir saying that it couldn't retrieve my booking despite the fact that it had found it on the previous page.
Thank you all for your suggestions but this is just too ridiculous. I have always been able to find the fee and tax details but not now I have passed the breaking point with BA and just want to burn through my stash of avios.
