We saw the fast-track lane, but there was no obvious oneworld signage that we saw. Our mobile BP's had no "fast track" showing so this may have fooled us and the staff manning the security entrance / BP check who didn't proactively point us towards the fast track lane.

No, I don't think Poland is a good place to getting cheerful pro-active customer service, lovely people though they undoubtedly are, I blame the harsh winters. But yes, you had Fast Track access, the sign is pretty big, it's over a metre tall, but it doesn't mention BA, it just says Emeralds and Sapphires. Mobile boarding passes only give Fast Track indicators for a limited number of locations, such as GLA (iPhone version only) - mostly it will only show LHR and LGW even though Fast Track is widely available.

Thanks for the clarification ^

To be honest, the normal queue was barely 5 minutes long with lots of scanners in use so there was no real hardship in going through that route versus the single fast track scanner.

Agree with your point on Polish customer service too

Had this pleasant surprise on last night's BA705 from Vienna in Euro Traveller! Complimentary and quite tasty. Long live British Qatar Airways!

If QR is supposed to be providing BA catering, then why are PAX receiving hot food and complimentary bevvies?

Good news if you are travelling in economy on QR operated flights!

Because QR cabin crew can't do BA in-flight sale.
