You may wish to review EU ownership rules for airlines to help you understand why actually this doesn't quite stack up ... @:-)

The QR forum says that the Al Maha has "ULCC seating". I assume that means ultra-low-cost-carrier - how are the seats different then?

Some non-constructive posts, and equally non-constructive slapdowns, have been removed.

Please stick to the thread topic.

Looks like standard slimline Recaro seating: http://www.airliners.net/photo/Al-Ma...-214/4192299/L

BA/AF/LH regular consider those kind of seats normal

Cue complaints from those sat in CE in rows 4+ I expect... "downgraded from business class, etc"

Whats the plan with BoB? Presumably they won't do it as QR crews have no training. So does that mean no F&B on board at all or are they reverting to providing something?

When THOMAS Cook operated a flight to ABZ in a previous strike there was the free BA offering including snacks pre BOB

A7-ADI has just crossed the Essex coastline - should be arriving in LHR shortly! Sadly no routes scheduled on FR24 for any of the 9 aircraft yet though.

Is it time we created a new Thread "Qatar Operated BA Flights Wiki" ? Listing the BA routes being operated by QR.

Where do you have this data from? FR24 shows BA birds for these services and BA986 being an A319.

I'm currently in Galleries South and see a Qatar A320 parked on stand at the far south end of the B gates. If my flight leaves from B, I'll see if there's any activity in the gate area.
