BA 747 in Berlin

It was a bit if a surprise to see G-CIVB in Berlin this evening. It looks like it operated flight BA9140 LHR-TXL this afternoon and then back as BA9151 a few hours later.

Any idea why?

So?

not all instruments can go in the hold plus there are a lot of support staff as well.

And some of the instruments have 'no economy' riders! Heck some of them could be more valuable than the plane!

I wonder if they'll charter it back or if they spent all the budget and will fly FR back to STN
