With all the recent negative press as of late with the cuts and IT meltdown. I thought it best to look on the bright side of BA of what they still do well and upcoming improvements in the pipeline.
Please try to keep this clean.
1. Route Network
2. Service onboard (personally speaking I find this exceptional regardless of crew type)
3. I still think World Traveller is a reasonable product offering
4. The new First Wing at T5
5. New lounges released at Gatwick and Boston
6. Worldwide lounge refurbishment programme - including T5, JFK, Chicago
7. Introduction of new airframes including A80, 787, A350's
8. Gradual retiring of the end of life fleet such as 747.
9. Upcoming deployment of WiFi onboard
10. Amenity kit skin care products - Elemis & Aromatherapy Associates
11. Introduction of Liberty wash bags in First
12. T5 Elemis Spa
13. Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle Champagne
14. Imminent return of the flower & amuse bouche in First (TBC)
These are just some things I thought off on the top of my head. Do you have any to share?

My husband and I had excellent service in the CCR. Charming and attentive staff, a delicious egg and sausage toasted bloomer sandwich and fruit salads, and an expresso martini with a coffee bean eyes smile
I love the rear facing window seats in CW.
Liberty washbags.

A decent cup of tea
The CE table
Theoretical Seating
CC that are allowed to have individualism
Improvements in CE catering
BAEC
Military Discount
What I think they could improve upon...
Mocktails
Make LHR T3 GF dining room a Concord dinning room with the same menu as T5
Add in a CCR into LGW
Stop the jetbridge to steps and back out to a bus on flights from JER
Strictly enforce priority queues.
Food selection on SH and on return legs of LH.

You can keep your 787s and "investments" - BA's long suffering staff are THE reason I still fly BA, they are still a cut above those of other airlines. I better not say that too loudly though!

I am pretty satisfied with CW on the A380 when travelling as a couple.
BAEC, in particular RFS and one-way pricing of redemptions is generally good value. Compared to the equivalent in other FFPs, the TP system and rates of TP earning are very reasonable.
F wing was a genuine enhancement.
I enjoy listening to the pilots' announcements.
CC know how to make tea.
Improve:
Still hoping that tea, coffee and water will become free on short-haul again...

Prices are still good for me. BOS-LHR-DUB-LHR-BOS booked in CW yesterday for July for $1,649 including AARP discount and Chase 10% then upgraded to F with a GUF1 and joker. Outstanding.

As my main need is flying somewhere that BA had the only direct flight from lomdon I would say there is still something almost romantic about seeing that red white and blue tail in Africa, getting on board and having a proper cup of tea or a can of English bitter.
apart from that romanticism I like the hard products in CW and F but most of all the amazing crew who really make the journey as easy as possible.

There's little in your list for non-status passengers or those not in J/F.
I disagree with you on the World Traveller comment, it's a terrible product and getting worse.
Where I do agree is the retirement of the 747 fleet, this can only be a good thing although by God are they dragging it out.

I would like the opening hours of OW arrivals lounges to be extended to cover all BA long-haul arrivals (or for alternative shower facilities to be made available).
I'd like CW seating to be wider and have more personal storage space. I'd like to be able to have a window seat AND not have to step over my neighbour to reach the aisle.
I've experienced superb service from all types of staff. It's good to remember all the positive experiences I've had, rather than focus on the only poor one (my last).
