BA 2 for 1 on Multi City w/Avios

Looking at using my 2 4 1 on a multi city in F from the US, but the BA site doesnt look to make that possible. Due to availability, may need to fly SFO to LHR-Paris then Paris-LHR to LAS or SEA. How can I make this booking?

You'll need to call to make the booking. An open jaw reward return booking isn't possible online, but you can still check reward availability on BA.com prior to calling.

Is it the Amex 241? Can't that only be used from London, for a return trip?

Considering the OP's location I'm guessing it's the US 2-4-1.

Yes, Chase has a Visa that gives a 2 4 1 if you spend 30K in a year. The 2 4 1 must then be used within 24 months. IMO the only way these 2 4 1's make sence is in First due to the taxes, yet first availability is very limited so flexibility is a must.

I think you mean Chase and not BofA? I don't know of a BofA linkup with BAEC.

They are entitled to - the policy is, if it can be done online but isn't working at that moment, then no service fee. If it can't be done online at all, then they should charge.

That makes no sense, they are the ones who determine what can be done online. If they determine that it can be done and you need to call to do it, why should we have to pay extra for it?
