BA not showing AA flights

Sorry if this is a silly question - Im not finding any availability (out 4 months) for domestic reward flights on BA, even though AA is showing a lot of availability. In fact, it's not even showing revenue flights.....

Am I missing something?

Specifically, I can't find any SFO/SJC to PHX or PHX to NYC flights - at all.

Only "SAAver" award seats displayed on aa.com are bookable with Avios, and the ba.com website often has trouble displaying award availability on AA itineraries that involve connections.

Are you finding SAAver award seats on nonstop flights when you search on aa.com, or only on connecting flights?

Yes, showing multiple. I'm guessing I should just give BA a call and book over the phone?

If you are finding MileSAAver award seats on AA nonstops, and those flights are not being offered on ba.com, then yes, you should call a BAEC Service Center to see if an agent can see those seats. Make sure to request that the agent waive the telephone-booking fee, since ba.com is apparently malfunctioning.

On routes BA doesn't fly, BA.com doesn't actually show revenue availability on other airlines. I know US airline websites will show partner revenue space if the US airline doesn't fly that row, but not BA.

Not sure why redemption availability isn't showing for you though.
