I'm now lucky enough to be coming along next Tuesday so may bump into some of you ! (6' 3", no longer as dark-haired, with guest who likes bubbly

Don't worry - I haven't been invited to anything since becoming LTGGL in 2014! I guess they work on the principle that if he's LTGGL he must be getting past his sell-by date (which I can't deny!!) and his annual BA expenditure is rapidly decreasing!

I've never had an invite to one of these things. I reckon it has something to do with not having a London post code.

I went to the event in the National Gallery many many years ago (before GGL I think) and that was fun. so looking forward to Tuesday!

Being only a lowly GCH, I am of course not invited.
My point of discussion would have been call centres; the desire to ensure that the service for BAEC members was not degraded by loss of staff (or staff motivation) from the UK based centres. My experience of the off shore centres has always been worse than from the staff based here in the UK. Any my pet hate is telephone queing systems, or being told to use the web service, when the inablity to solve my problem on-line is why I was calling in the first place.
I hope the event provides an effective means of getting feedback to BA management.
