Worst. Business. Class. Ever!

What jackass came up with that bizarre 777 2-4-2 Rube Goldberg configuration? And I didn't know whether to punch or go take a bath after every interaction with the male flight attendant from ORD to LHR.

You didn't enjoy the experience then? :D

I'm thinking that the OP didn't get much sleep :D

I agree that the configuration has absolutely nothing to be desired and have to admit that when heading west I always try to travel with American Airlines. The exception is the upper deck of BA's 747s which feel really private and if you can snag one of the seats with unrestricted access, they are fantastic.

Disagree, but it would have been Heath Robinson, not Rube Goldberg.

There is a wiff of something distasteful here.

Any concerns regarding the actions or inaction of cabin crew should be raised with the senior crew member, who should have been working in your cabin on this flight.

Ouch !! What went wrong ? Please inform and explain.

Club world seats do need to be updated, everyone knows that ! But they were very forward thinking when they first came out.

Interesting. 10 posts in 13 years. The last airline one was from AA in 2006 when our OP referred to his FA as a Sassy Surly Flight Attendant. Since there never seems to be more than 1 post per thread, any reply to our CSM will be enlightening.

Some posters only ever come on to vent when they are upset.

By contrast my CE to Gatwick today was excellent in every respect.
