BA105 LHR-Dubai tonight odd timings

BA105 LHR-Dubai tonight odd timings
Just wondered if anyone had any insight to some odd timings for the BA105 LHR-Dubai tonight.
It is supposedly leaving 10 mins early and arriving 40 mins late.
The 109 which leaves 1 hour earlier for DXB is on time and landing early.

Looking at FR24, it seems that the aircraft made a quick stop at KWI to drop off some secret agents.

. More seriously, technically fizz up front (or any alcohol) would have to have stopped as they crossed the Red Sea from Egyptian into Saudi Airspace. No Alcohol over Saudi ! I wonder if crew "observed"
