A friend has just called me from the plane as he thinks he has left his glasses in the lounge. Business Lounge T5 South. Does anyone have a contact number?

No direct number to the lounge I'm afraid. If it were me I would inform the crew who may be able to get a message across or failing that, use the BA lost property number.
