tripadvisor global airline rankings
Saw the 'new' 2017 tripadvisor global airline rankings - BA notable by its absence - not in the top 10 of the Global, Regional, Country or Class of Service categories (not even the low cost section!).

Interesting it didn't make it in any category. Top 10 world, Top 10 European and nothing at all in the Class of Service category.
The slating they're getting on AirlineQuality (Skytrax) is not good either
