I've got my first visit to Cape Town (and SA) coming up but sadly I don't arrive until the 15th But I'll look forward to the post-Do reports!

Whoops! Finger trouble! Thanks for posting the wine list Chris. But, gosh, that is seriously loud! Some of the wines are 4x cellar door!!!! Just a warning to the non locals!
but this is a one off and looking forward to meeting you guys!
