How frustrating! I think I'd probably call AA at this point.

The Amex seems dead/down to me also.

Why dont you use http://www.checkmytrip.com without the classic bit, Sign up, Add PNR Click it and you have Partner (PNR) If there is any, And the E-Ticket Number also emails you when any changes are detected.

When I look at a Qantas Award on American I see thinks like: "Cabin Class: -", "Meals: -", "Frequent Flyer Number: -".

Oh, and I had a change earlier this week to a booking, but no notification was received.

Serfty -
If the booking was made through QFF, you're not alone in not getting the emails when making a change. QFF seem particularly slack about sending email confirmations, I had an instance last year where they confirmed a change to a Qatar redemption, and when I called to check-in found the booking had never confirmed, so lesson learnt, I always follow up with QFF daily until the emails with PNR and eticket ae received and checked on other sites.

Agreed CMT seems pretty poor at sending notifications and is pretty sparse on the info front. The Amadeus.jp one above works well for me, I used to use the Asia one but it seems to be dead now. I like that it shows the full fare basis, etc. For bookings that haven't yet been properly ticketed (as is the case with a GUV2 of mine that's taking a while to reissue after a schedule change) it just shows an error saying to contact travel agent.

Is anyone experiencing that the 'unofficial' Amadeus link is now just timing out for them? Or is it just me?

It's not working for me either, and my reading of post 37 onwards suggests a full outage.
