It was stated clearly in the offer that you can acquire a maximum limit of 100k avios per year with this offer. I bought that number exactly and I got it deposited in my account exactly.

You can do this offer for EACH member of your HHA so in theory it should not be a issue to get max miles x HHA members

I can confirm there is no effective limit on how many miles one can purchase. The 100k limit per transaction isn't enforced from my experience at least. Current exchange rate means it's around .97p per mile. I'll be using them to get around 3.5p of value per mile so it's a no brainier.
