Your emails from BAEC
 

Hello all, please indulge an old hand...

A dear friend of mine is conducting some research into how loyalty programmes communicate with their members. She is particularly interested to see emails from airline programmes relating to:

* moving up a tier
* moving down a tier
* warnings than your miles may expire

If you have any copies of such emails that you felt able to email to [email protected] I (and she) would be very grateful.

Obviously, strip out any personal info including account number. This email address is controlled by me, and I will strip out your email address before forwarding on to my pal.

The only relevant email I could find in my own archive was one a couple of years ago about my promotion to bronze (ahem). Do BA actually email you to let you know you're moving down? And / or have miles about to expire?
