agreed. although i haven't done my 4 bottle challenge from LBA down to since the change I feel it would be easier with the NF compared to the Castleneau!
Gastrocnemius and TTmex like this.

I managed a mere two on the short hop over the channel. Heading back to LHR this morning and then got 11 hour flight to Mexico to 'take advantage'

A good Burgundy day in T5 GF today. Vincent Girardin St Romain 2013 white and Patriarche Savigny Les Beaune 2015 red. Both drinking well in my view.

I hope that it becomes permanent - I far prefer it.

Back in T5 GF today to find a really different selection of old world wines. A lovely Sancerre Les Cotes 2017 from Roblin and an even better Chateau Bellefont-Belcier 2011 which is drinking really well now. Has quite made my afternoon

It's going down well in the sunshine.
Whispering hAngel is a nice 4.1* rated $20/bottle Rose.

Just coming on to this thread to make some observations. Mrs OB is a great lover of dry rosé, and I am not impartial myself, especially during the warmer months. I am slightly dismayed to see, from these post, none available in either CCR or onboard in F.

I know there is, in some quarters, a snobbery about rosé, but I do not subscribe to this and there are many who would agree.

I am hoping to do my first First next year; what options will we have on the ground and in the air? I presume onboard BA will happily fetch a rosé from another cabin... on the ground I guess we'll have to head for GF? Or would they bring a bottle over?

More sustainably, is there any way of influencing BA to include this in their offering?
