Anyway, it's open [at last], and I'm looking forward to seeing BillyBleach's images [and anyone else's].

NOt sure if the access is being restricted as Aidy is in Clubrooms or maybe they literally only just opened as I arrived??
The entrance was through a backdoor staircase, the lifts weren't in use.

Food was only self service, but they did have a full english and continental breakfast laid on.
Also well stocked bar and champagne. Lots of staff available to help, some handing out chocolates.

On a positive it is a significant improvement on the old LGW F lounge. Much more space, lots of seats. Quiet areas and a decent sized study (space for 8).
Also a quiet corner with 4-5 big comfy chairs (like the Library @ No.1 lounges - no photo though as I was concerned I was prying on those sitting there).
Champagne bar, food area and coffee all in a single area. All self service today, though I would be surprised if a menu service in some form didn't return as the self service area is small.
Obviously not the same level as GF at LHR but isn't doesn't need to be.
