Would someone let me how user friendly INV's is...?? For a tier point run like this, best to get there the day before...so hotels, proximity to airport etc etc...

Chris
Just get the flight up and do a b2b in INV. You need to go landside but it's a small airport so easily doable. No reason to go the day before.

If you have checked bags either check them for your TATL before going to INV, or leave them somewhere (hotel/car/left luggage) and when you get back to LHR check them in.

PERMITTED 11JAN THROUGH 24APR.
GBP 1858 on the dates I looked at

or

IOL4SUK0.
PERMITTED 25APR THROUGH 30JUN OR 14SEP THROUGH 08DEC.
GBP 1713 on the dates I looked at

Similar prices LHR-BKK return as well.
Hi zeltergiset,

how did you find these? I am going to HK end of march 18, return start of april and the only cheap deal i could find was ex-LUX via LHR which was a hassle. Have set up google flights alert and check itamatrix regularly but haven't found anything with BA this cheap. any tips appreciated! thanks

It's reasonably straightforward in itamatrix:

and it gives something like this:

Quite a few dates in March at £18xx

You can make 1,020 TPs out of this fare quite easily, but best to take that discussion over to the TP Run thread before I get chastised for reporting in here.

itamatrix allows a month's range of start dates, but is asking for a specific number of days for trip length. Is there a way to input a range of days for trip length?

Yes: I think there is a maximum gap of 4 or 5 days but you could put in 16-18 or something like that.

It looks like INCEU60 for AMS-BKK via HKG is not longer that good of a deal?

Yes, check the 'See calendar of lowest fares' button, and in the 'Length of stay' box put (e.g.) 7-9 for between 7 and 9 nights

Are you respecting the advance purchase restrictions?

I see the AMS-BKK straight forward for £1,223 however combining HKG / KUL seems to shove price £1,800 +
