Does anyone have a link to the F for only £200 upgrade? Am trying to find it for flights LHR-NYC in Apr, returning May, but cheapest I can find is £2200ish return or an extra £300 each way for F.

Sorry to be dumb but can you explain how? I had a go at creating something similar and can't get much below £3k.

Thanks,

The key point is the dates. What dates are you looking at?

(Doubt that A class would have sold out, or if it did then I doubt that F would be as "cheap" as £3k).

The BA Holidays booking system is so temperamental it's difficult to replicate things sometimes, you get two different prices by entering different elements of the holiday in different orders or by having searched for something else first.

When I booked earlier it was only showing that price for travel including the 26th Nov and departing 21st Nov onwards. Appears it might now also be possible to book it for the last week in December as well.

Given how little they're actually worth, I'd rather have the saving up front.

Plus no need to pay the full amount up front. And around 3,000 extra Avios for booking a BA Holidays package ...

About to pull the trigger on this.

For once the corporate discount works in my favour! I can get it down another £80 by taking it with a car for the 6 days and forgetting to pick it up.

Utter Madness

And so will I! I'm surprised BA was willing to sell so many uber-cheap tickets for the same flight, but it means there's scope for a mini 'do'.

This all jolly good if you live in Inverness though...!!

A previous post on another thread provided an astounding quote from the ITA matrix of a little over £2k in F for INV to SEA via LHR, JFK and LAX in November for 4 days. 1000 tier points for £2k...!!

Would someone let me how user friendly INV's is...?? For a tier point run like this, best to get there the day before...so hotels, proximity to airport etc etc...
