I just received a notification today that seats have changed my our trip (for two of us) to the US in May.

Outbound (LHR-SFO) was originally on a 380, now it's on a 777. However the seat map isn't showing in MMB! Inspecting the javascript suggests we're now on a 77J which is old Club World, but we've been automatically allocated middle seats which I'd rather change to a window pair. Bit tricky though when no seat map shows - that particular div is only 3 pixels high. Any ideas?

Many thanks for that. So ExpertFlyer thinks it's a 77L (with Club Suites), yet MMB is showing "middle" seats and hinting at a 77J but not displaying the seat map. Very odd.

Might it be an explanation for why MMB is not showing the seat map? That is, MMB is asking for a seat map of the wrong aircraft type, so nothing is returned and nothing is shown? The first question that I would ask is whether the seats you have been allocated show as "occupied" on the EF seat map.

Looks like our flight on 21st September LHR-MCO has changed from an A350 to 777 (BA205). Does anybody know if this will be on the refurbished 777's with Club Suites?

MMB shows this with the old style Club World. Wishful thinking that this is just a temp map and that the LHR fleet will be fully refurbished by then?

There are a couple LGW 777s based at LHR at the moment operating to MCO and ACC.

Our A350 to LAS (275 and 274) has also been swapped for an old 77S and i have the same issue as TownCar with MMB not showing a seat map at all, i'll wait and see in a couple of days if this updates but BA , the government and Omicron doing their best to discourage us.

Does 35K have a window on the 777-300? My good lady and I are wanting a duo seat and don't want to be right down the back if I can help it.

Yes, 35K does have a window. Note however if your aircraft switches from the older 77G to the newer 77H configuration then you may end up with a random seat reassignment. The 77H has no row 35

Our flight has just been swapped from a 350 to a 777, which actually is a bit better for us since we’ll be travelling with a 2 and 4 year old and much as I wanted the new CW Suites I think this will be easier!

At the moment I’m going for four abreast in row 1. Idea is to stick the little ones in the middle two and us flanking them on the outside. Anyone flown with little things who can suggest whether this is the best option?

Also is Row 1 best for this, thinking I could end up sitting next to people waiting for the toilet all flight…. Thoughts appreciated.

Any rows would suit but row 5 or 11 would be the best, the toilets forward of row 1 are in the galley so separated from the cabin by a curtain.

Travelling on BA 98 on 28/12 and was wondering if I could get some friendly advice on where to sit in Club World. Looks like it should be a 4-class B777-200 which should have suites?

traveling on the same config plane and chose 7EF.

Hoping that's a good choice and not prone to galley noise behind us.

Thoughts?

Thanks for any replies
