This thread is an information based guide for the implementation of buy on board for shorthaul, focusing specifically on information for what is available for purchase and how to buy items from the menu. The first post has the current menu and an FAQ, by all means ask other questions if not already answered. This thread is not concerned with the rights or wrongs of the decision to introduce buy on board.
There is a separate thread for experiences, anecdotes, reactions and related comments, which is to be found here:
Buy on board: Experiences and reactions from BA's shorthaul economy services
If you have an opinion about the concept of Buy on Board, the right thread is:

Has anything changed at LCY yet or any update on it? Someone at our office Christmas party last night (not in my team so not able to get more info) claiming they were charged for catering LCY-EDI - but I suspect they're on BE but didn't want to argue in case I'd missed the announcement of BoB in LCY.

The latest information I'm aware of is here: Have BA started BOB for cityflyer yet. So far as I know, the answer is no change, no real update except that it's going to be "later". (I have a real interest in this question, and I'd be disappointed if I'd missed some further news in the interim!)

My last few LHR domestics in CE I haven't noticed the M&S announcement, not sure whether I've just got so used to it that I blank it out or whether some crew don't mention it for some reason.

I took my first morning LCY-GLA flight since the introduction of Club Europe on domestic routes, and it seems the full breakfast has been enhanced to an (admittedly pretty decent) bacon roll for economy passengers. And it's still free!

That explains why they haven't stocked my Belles Vignes red wine recently - they were running down the stocks as it is being replaced by one of my least favourite wines - J. P. Chenet..
