This thread gives the current catering options for the Concorde Rooms and Bars not at LHR. These are open for passengers flying BA on a First ticket or Concorde card holders.

The current catering options (July 2019) in the JFK CCR can be found in post 123 in the thread, or you can click here and photos are here. This menu should be the same as found at the BOS and IAD F Dining Room.

Also there is an archive of JFK CCR and BOS/IAD F Dining menus in post #14 in this thread, or you can click here. This archive covers September 2015 to date.

I don't want to feed a particular reputation on here () but here are some pics of my excellent dinner in the JFK CCR last night.

double portion of scallops which were very good - nice touch with the chilli oil.

the salad which I very much enjoyed.

the fillet which was cooked how I ordered it and very good (though I often find the garnishes a bit disappointing).

the duck which was excellent - and very good sized portion as well.

and I obviously needed some cheese to seal the stomach after all that food

great service as well - I have a new friend there who greeted me with 'so nice to see you again'.

Happy Customer. ^

Has anyone been to the DXB CCB recently? I remember that, when it opened, it was stocked with a notably poorer selection of premium alcohol than its compatriot in Singapore. Any first hand reports about whether it has been upgraded over the last few months?

is that SIN CCB menu new? When I was there last, it was the same 'buffet' food as in the main lounge.

Am there in 2 weeks so wondering if the snapper is worth trying rather than heading straight to QF for food.

The food in the QF lounge was very good and the service, as always, was great

Here's the menu from the JFK CCR from the end of March 2017.

I find that the quality of the menu and food at the JFK CCR almost always beats the LHR CCR. The only weakness is that they don't have LPGS but instead a lower end LP Champagne.

Starters

Cauliflower Veloute,
Brown Butter Almonds, Turmeric Oil

Grilled Spanish Octopus,
Vichyssoise, Violet Potatoes, Spicy Chorizo,
Lamb's Lettuce

Salad

Rocket Salad,
Warm Asparagus, Roasted Kabocha Squash,
Soft Egg, Sherry Vinegar

Main Course

Rump of Lamb,
Risotto Parmigiano, Roasted Vine Tomato,
Aubergine, Natural Jus

Braised Pork Belly,
Parmesan Polenta, Apricot, Cider Jus

Pan Seared Mackerel,
Baby Gold Potatoes Red Pearl Onions,
Watercress, Lemon Veloute

Cavatelli Pasta,
Rocket Pesto, Herbed Ricotta,
Cherry Tomato Confit

Dessert

Matcha Green Tea Mousse Cake,
Pistachio, Cassis Syrup, Mint

Cheese

Featuring
Porter by 5 Bespoke Creamery,
Lavender Honey, Marcona Almonds

DXB Concorde Bar

I was in DXB CCB in March 2017.

From a quick comparison of the food on offer in the main lounge as well as the CCB, I could not see any difference.

For the 2AM flight, there was a choice of pasta and/or a quite tasty Thai red curry with rice. In addition, there were some salad items, a cheese selection and some dessert pastries. There may have been a soup. A reasonable enough selection if you had not had dinner and a better variety as well as quality compared to a visit c4 years ago.

The wines in both lounges looked similar too. A choice of two whites and two reds. None looked too exciting and I did not try them.

The usual range of spirits looked consistent across both lounges and were of reasonable lounge standard.

The main difference related to the sparkling wine, which was vintage Henriot champagne in the CCB and French sparkling wine in the main lounge.

I see an earlier post that a few months ago there was inferior Champagne at JFK. Is LPGS gone for good from the JFK CCR? I know they used to have it.

I can't remember ever having LPGS at JFK, although my travel history there only extends back maybe 3/4 years. When I was last there in early June still no LPGS.
