Weirdly, the only incorrect cabin now on both outbound and inbound is WTP.

Hi TCX69,
Thanks for that but the seat plan shows 14F seats not 8 per the description? ( or is the seat plan only accurate for Y?)

I'm currently sat on G-VIIU at 38,000 ft just off the coast of Nova Scotia and I have to say I'm impressed with these refurbished planes.
WTP is a pleasant place to be. Plenty of legroom, comfortable seat and a good amount of recline. The leg rest part of the seat doesn't seem to be of any use to me but I guess that's perhaps due to me being relatively tall.
The IFE is a huge step up over the last time I flew a LGW 777 in CW last year. A large and clear screen that is incredibly responsive to a soft touch. Power points that work and WiFi that seems perfectly good for browsing FT, what more could you want?
To be honest, it's that pleasant that I don't think I'd choose the current CW over it unless using a 2-4-1.

I flew down to Barbados this last Tuesday in WT. 21C was very comfortable even though I could be described as large. Admittedly theoretical seating did keep 21B free so I didn’t have anyone next to me.
impressed with the seats and the IFE. I have been avoiding 777s but these refurbs are fine.

What is the likely status of the refurb in mid March 2019? I am contemplating a LAS-LGW flight, as an alternative to heading back to LAX and then into LHR, but I will only do so if the chances of getting a refurbed 777 are high- seems like there will still be a few of the non-dolled up ac operating.

We're flying BA2036 MCO - LGW March 2019, looks like we'll be on one of the upgraded aircraft. Considering utilizing the POUG being offered at $205/pp WT->WT+ (about $150/pp cheaper than had we booked into WT+ to begin with). Seems like the new WT+ product is pretty nice, especially since we're flying with two kiddos who will need to sleep, and we could all benefit from a little extra space.

Looking to book LON-JFK for October.
closest airport is LGW (20mins away), so ideally fly out there. However having checked EF, it’s showing one of the densified 777’s.
Whats CW like on these? Any major differences?
Or should I head to LHR?
not opposed to LHR, but obviously LGW is easier.
will be SCH at the time of booking so should be able to secure a decent seat, which tempts me towards UD 747.
Or is the A350 likely to operate JFK as a flagship route . . .
The trip to JFK is for a special birthday so will be looking to go CW.

Although hadn’t taken into consideration the number of JFK cancellations, which now makes it a more obvious decision.
thanks

Does anybody know if there are IFE boxes, and if so do they encroach on your leg space in Y? As a couple I'm tempted to book the pair seats at the back, are these any good?
