IAG Capital Markets Day 2016
 

IAG holds its annual Capital Markets Day event later today, starting 8.30am GMT. Details are here, including the link to a live webcast of the event:

Subjects of particular interest that may receive some coverage include:

* An update on group finances and future plans, post Brexit.
* BA B772 cabin refit (LHR/LGW) and reconfiguration (LGW), including reducing the Club cabin at LGW and possibly removing first from some LHR B772s.
* Indication of potential new routes from IB & EI, plus any BA expansion plans.
* A350 cabin configurations and delivery dates for BA, IB and EI.
* Info on fleet plans for all IAG airlines.

10 abrest cabin on LGW 772s

Gatwick 777's going 10 across, WTP doubling, small reduction in CW

10 abreast Y in the LGW 777s confirmed.

Densification of LHR A320s (from 168 - 180 seats) and A321s (from 205 to 218 seats)

And so the War on PAX continues.

Absolutely, although they justified this by saying that it would allow them to compete with Norwegian on price. They are obviously rattled by Norwegian.

They seem to have squeezed an extra row of CW into the forward CW cabin. Will that be a little tight now? Good use of space though I guess... :D

But how many passengers care/notice about this? Perhaps most don't care if they're getting their £350 returns to Orlando...

How? Or don't I want to know. Are they going to cut space from CE as well?
