A380 v Dreamliner, which is the best First Class experience?
I'd be interested to hear opinion on this (If anyone has done both, even better)
General opinion on which would be the better First Class experience?

I am sure there are other posts on this but my view is I prefer the 380 even though the seat on the 787, for a single traveller is better. I don't like the lack of loos on the 787 and the fact it can be hard to get a window seat, even as a Gold Card Holder.

Qatar or Cathay offer a better F experience. 😉
Not a fan of the A380 cabin which feels oddly cramped and the seat has a lot of wasted space. The 787 styling is much nicer but there is a horrible great TV screen and the lav arrangement isn't ideal.
Personally I would go for a 777.

I can't comment on the Dreamliner but I really like the A380 First cabin, the window seats are very spacious and the storage is great, having stepped off a 777 this afternoon the difference is huge. Dreamliner is next on my list to try!

A380 for me. I found the Dreamliner claustrophobic and the luggage bins are a real nuisance when they are open. Also found the air quality much better on the A380.

We generally travel in window seats, and dine together - I think 2&3 A or K are generally recommended. There's also the option to take one of the middle pairs. I think it comes down to i) do you want a window, ii) do you want to talk to each other during the flight. i) suggests take A or K seats, ii) would suggest middle pair.

We had 2K and 3K and they were great, we buddy dined and drank and then had our own space for sleep/ movies.
The way that the centre pairs are angled I think that you would find it hard to talk naturally through the screen, in fact one couple on our flight in the middle pair were both sitting in their buddy seats to play a game on their iPads together!

I've got F down to SCL on the 789 Next april. Surely it's the only way to fly for 15hrs!
Sadly though, back on club from LIM into LGW on one of those tattered old 3 class birds which will make me appreciate the 789 in F no matter how bad the reviews are

I've not been on the 789 in F but have done 2 sectors on the A380 F.
Large spacious cabin, very understated (just the way I personally like things!), more space in the F product too.
