The Great BA Burger Shortage T5-GF

Well.. I'm now a mere 8h30m in to a simple LBA-LHR-AMS hop and have arrived finally at LHR. straight to the lounge to discover... shock horror.. there is a lounge-wide BA Burger Shortage!!

..and we thought the FLY outage was a disaster!!

Well.. it would've been better than the risotto, that's for sure...

I had some of the "slop" which was well... sloppy...

Back to the champagne bar then, but oh noes... no Tat.. only Castlenaeu 04 and Henriot 09 (yes, yes, I know, FWP...)

Anyone in GF right now?

Maybe they can cajole Gordon Ramsay into lending some of Plane Foods' short rib burgers?

Yesterday they were recycling breakfast sausages at lunch and only had two slop options .. Spoke to catering supervisor and she said they were having delivery problems ... Strange that they have problems delivering edible food on most days in GF ..

Well, to top off the burger, rather than bacon and cheese....

...Failed Conformance! Despite arriving through flight connections nearly 4hrs ago!!

I know these are first world problems but I arrived at LBA over 10 hours ago and have 2 more to home. I think I could've swam to AMS from Scarborough by now... Zzzzz

More to the point, what was he doing in Scarborough to begin in? Think a burger less GF would be preferable!

Sad state of affairs when you can't get a delivery to LHR - I blame Brexit

My words exactly!! Fly crashed at connections so they had to manually clear me through but didn't update the system.

They had to reopen the flight and re seat me at the gate.

There is no shortage of burgers, the food is excellent at all times, slop doesn't exist, it is your imagination, there are no problems with Fly, BA is awesome.

(in before the apologists!)
