Sorry
(adj.)
- Feeling no regret or sympathy
- Not sorry
Note: Typically used in the opposite context to the everyday usage of the word
"We are sorry you feel that way"; "Sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations in this instance"

WT Class

because we (BA)could not call it "cattle class" as that would have been a technical upgrade and would have been in trouble with the ASA.

British Airways ... an airline operated with Titan, Qatar and PrivatAir aircraft.

3 of 4 sectors on our next trip are wet-leased aircraft!

Titanised ... a BA flight operated by a Titan Airways wet-lease, thus providing enhanced (as opposed to 'enhanced') seating arrangements.

"Taxes, fees and Charges" (for Avios booking from USA)

(noun)

A way of charging you more for using your Avios than we would charge you for a non-Avios ticket.

"Financial Times"

A newspaper we do not like as they tell the truth about us.

Avios – those little things BA give to customers who have endured shortcomings with BA’s service as it is cheaper to do so than fix systemic problems.

"Afternoon Tea"

Every where else in the world, a meal described as "Tea" would include Tea.

In BA-speak, it doesn't . Tea is $4 extra.

"Welcome"
We have taken away your Fast Track, your Lounges, your drinks, your food, and anything else we can think of.
But you are BA welcome on board.

We know that you are disappointed with the level of service you received = we really just do not care now that you paid, we have your hard earned money and have already flown.
