We are looking to take a flight from LGW to YYZ. The plane is a 777 and WTP is 3 rows. Will this be an old plane with old seating? How is the last row of seating? The 787 option from LHR is a lot more expensive on the day we want.

Should I be worried?

Flying KIN to LGW on 01/12 but EF currently showing the following-

J0 C0 D0 R0 I0 W0 E0 T0 Y0 B0 H0 K0 M0 L0 V0 S0 N0 Q0 O0 G0

I’m on a fully flex WTP ticket, what are the chances of a downgrade/offload....?!

Thanks

If you're on a W class ticket and you want to travel, I would have thought near zero. I do a number of flights that look like that a few days before travel, and I've seldom been offered an offload, let alone been threatened with one.

Not much I think and especially if you OLCI at T-24 or as soon as thereafter.

Question WT+ seat map on BA2152

The aircraft for my up coming booking shown below is a 777 and the seat map for seat selection the World traveler Plus cabin is showing a cabin with rows 10 to 16.

I cannot seem to find a seat map for any BA aircraft that has a WT+ cabin with rows 10-16. Can anyone advice on what aircraft / config is actually proposed?

My guess would be one of the refreshed/densified Gatwick 777s - think they are planning a smaller Club cabin, larger WT+ and 3-4-3 seating in economy?

Welcome to FlyerTalk, london_tash

The Gatwick based 777s will be receiving cabin refreshes at the beginning of this year involving several changes to the seat configurations. I don't think the final seat maps have been published yet but customers, like yourself, are getting glimpses of the new seat maps when viewing their bookings on BA.com.

Quick one from me as there does not seem to be much on this in this thread other than a couple of posts. Overnight SJO to LGW on a 3-class 777-200 with 3 rows of WTP (12-13-14). Currently in 12A/B, the bulkhead, but wondering if 14A/B might be better. My knees tend to give me considerable gip if I cannot straighten my legs every now and again. Is 12B my best bet as I can kind of use the aisle but I risk getting trodden on, or do I actually want 14A where I can stretch them out underneath row 13 and not be disturbed?
Thanks
S

33JK has become available on 86J 744. Should I go for those or stick with 36AB?

Thanks

It really depends on what you are looking for, 33JK are bulkhead seats so easier to get in and out of but have less stretch room for long legs, personally I would prefer these seats.

Thanks for that CIHY. I assume they are narrower due to screen position?
Decisions, decisions......
