747. Back on the YYZ ROUTE
Just booked for next May and noticed the 747 back. Very few 3 flight days to and from YYZ. Has the return of the 747 replaced the 3 flights a day schedule and dos anyone know when the 747 starts it Yyz runs ? Personally I prefer the 777 in F but the 747 upstairs in CW.

Likewise I was on the UD of a 747 on YYZ-LHR a few nights ago... 93/92 has been a 747 since the summer scheduled started.
I even believe the usual 777 on 99/98 is being replaced by a super hi-j 747 on a few flights over the summer months.

I find the Toronto flights are the lottery of BA flights, you could get a 777 or a 747... Or even the 787 which is either a massive win or loss depending on what cabin you are in.

We enjoy 1A&K for our annual YYZ trip on the 747, when available. The 777 is more spacious in F but less special IMHO.

I'm on 92 next week with a 747. From the handful of dates I checked when booking it looks like 92/93 is being operated with a 747 and 98/99 is going out on a 777 throughout June.
Over the past few years I think YYZ has had the 747, 767, 777, and 787 in various mixes depending on the time of year.

Always got to be watching MMB or use EF or MyFlights alerts on this route. Had a crappy 11K 772 CW seat suddenly turn into 20K on the 744 which I quickly changed to 62K for a flight in September. Nothing from BA as usual.
