ORC - in the context of this thread - relates to BAEC. If you’re looking for original routing credit for AS you would need to look at their rules and processes.

Will Rebooking after missed connection track in avoid and tier points?

Recently flew GLA - LHR - JFK.

My first Glasgow leg was cancelled.
Then the second flight was delayed leaving, then delayed at the gate on arrival.
Despite at least 10 of us on that flight trying to catch the next leg to JFK and with 40mins between deboarding and the JFK flight we all got the "seek assistance" at the security gate thing and weren't allowed to connect. So we all missed the JFK leg. I could go on, alas. That's a different story.

My question is, I had to stay in London and was rebooked onto a jetblue flight to JFK the next day.

Will this flight collect avios and track tier points? I don't see why it won't as I've paid for it same as normal. But I don't see it yet.

It won’t since it’s not one world and doesn’t have a BA codeshare.
You can claim original routing credit (ORC) through BAEC for the original flight.

You will have to submit it to BAEC for original routing credit as normally JetBlue flights cannot credit to BAEC.

From the BAEC terms and conditions:
14.6. Where a Member is involuntarily re-routed by British Airways onto another carrier, and the original flight on which the Member was booked would have qualified for Avios points, the Member may still claim such Avios points online at Ba.com. British Airways will endeavour to ensure the Member's account is credited with the appropriate Avios points however it may be necessary for details of the Member's itinerary, including the retained segment of the boarding pass and passenger receipts to be sent to the Member's Local Service Centre in order to claim any Avios points credit.
Make sure you DONT credit the flight to Jet Blue or anyone else to get the orc though.

Thanks, will try calling BAEC to sort.
Was actually suprisingly impressed with JEtblue to be honest. Free fast wifi the whole way and only £500 to upgrade to a full lie flat bed!
