Hong Kong luggage checking during layover

Present plans are to fly into HKG early in the morning on a CX flight (7am) and then catch a 11:30pm BA flight back to LHR.

Is there a way of checking my luggage in whilst I'm at the airport?
Was looking at going to Arrivals for a shower, change of clothes and breakfast before having the day in the city.
Seems easier to check it whilst I'm at the airport rather than heading to Kowloon / Hong Kong stations for the airport check-in - may go to see the touristy fishing village near by so would like to avoid backtracking too much.

Leave it with CX Arrivals

Leave it with CX Arrivals Lounge

It opens from 05.00 to Midnight.

Arrivals Lounge is a tad basic if you haven't used before. But shower is fine and it has a baggage store.

Or lug it with you to either Airport Express station, and check it in in the morning.

Left luggage or through check and carry change of clothes in hand baggage. I usually do the latter.
