Seems to be on days when it's cold but sunny out - heating is ramped up but the sun through glass boils it up!

You might be roasting but others, like the elderly for example, may well find it rather comfortable.

Always less offensive to add layers because you're feeling a little chilly vs those who end up taking off too much clothing because they're roasting ;-)

T5 Flounge sweltering again

In my humble opinion, LHR is ALWAYS overheated.

I live in the desert. I get enough heat here. (Hottest February in SoCal ever. Temps in the 80s and 90s.) I go to Europe to enjoy cooler weather, but first I have to go through overheated LHR.

Had exactly the same in GC last week. Apparently BA have no control over the air temperatures!

Completely agree... Early morning or late evening are generally ok, but as soon as the lounges get crowded, they get far too warm for me. Though my wife will sometimes put on a sweater while I change into shorts to stay comfortable.

Completely agree. I hate Heathrow. T5 has been a joke when it comes to temperature from the very start.

If enough passengers walk around in their undies, something might get done about it.

Same problem last month in the entire JFK Terminal 7; but the Flounge was very hard hit.
