Miles Stolen And New Names Added?
So I've just logged into my account this evening to find a large sum of miles showing as redemption. Upon further searching in my account 2 names (Russian sounding) have been added to my friends and family list? I assume this a standard theft that's been going on for the last year and I should just call up first thing to report it?

Yup, you need to call BA. This happens a lot, it crops up every few months on here; they're usually pretty good at putting it right.

Thanks, I thought so. I was shocked this hadn't been sorted tbh, just needs a additional verification check or something!
