This thread gives the current catering options for the Galleries First Lounge (Flounge) in LHR Terminals 3 and 5. This lounge is open to BAEC Gold and oneworld Emerald card holders. Passengers flying BA on a First ticket can also use the Concorde Room. The catering supplier was changed on 2 May 2013 to BaxterStorey. Click here to see the former thread, which covered that turbulent period.
The T3 lounge is identical to T5 in terms of food and drink options. However there is no Concorde Room in T3 so from 18:30 hrs there is a pre-flight dining option for First travellers, see here for more details.
The current catering options in the First lounge can be found in the first post in the thread, or you can click here. Currently lounge menus are not always on display in the lounge, but this link may be your best bet to see the options.

Well, interesting experience at LGW F lounge today - thought I'd try the BA burger which says it comes with......... meat, lettuce, red onions, etc....... all I got was the bun, a meat patty and burger sauce. Bit odd. Asked them where the rest was and they fixed at least. A few other interesting lunch options here:
- Barbacoa beef tortilla - 219 kcal
Served with sour cream & Mexican slaw - South Indian plant-based curry - 346 kcal
Served with Saag Aloo - Vegan burger - 516 kcal
On a Brioche bun and with lettuce, red onion, pickled gherkin and thick cut chips - Ham hock & pea pie - 464 kcal
Served with mushy peas and gravy - Beef burger - 567 kcal
On a Brioche bun and with lettuce, red onion, pickled gherkin and thick cut chips - Cambodian vegetable curry (V) - 332 kcal
With coriander & coconut rice noodles and pickled carrot - Cream tea (V) - 611 kcal
Scones, clotted cream & strawberry jam

Mrs F and I tried this yesterday and it was really quite good. Only problem is we had to leave the lounge before I could find someone who knew what the protein in the curry was. It didn't feel like the texture of Quorn, it was softer than that. Does anyone happen to know what's in it?
Could it be Seitan?

Do anyone have the allergen information for the food and snack menu in the Galleries First lounges at LHR?
I know there's folder for the staff to use, but I looking for a pdf version to keep for my self.

Does anyone have a recent photo of the self-service bar selection in the FLounge? Has Johnny Walker Blue returned? Is there a decent single malt or cognac?

I had a look recently, and it was only black and red, no sign of blue. I can't remember what the single malt was, but there was one. It was 5:30am sorry...

I thought JW Blue is still available in CCR. Too bad the rib eye steak is gone.
