I'm fuming... Grrrrrr.... Never flying BA again.

Just got off the DXB-LHR flight, and I need to vent.

About 30 minutes before landing, the cabin crew member who had been looking after us noticed my glass was empty. He forced me to have another glass of red before landing.

Just before the seatbelt sign went on, I paid a visit to the toilet, after dangling my expensive Bose QC21s over the screen.

On returning, my snickering (soon to be ex) wife pointed out my QC21s were submerged in the aforementioned wine.

Now, as the CC literally forced the extra wine on me, how many Avios should I expect?

FORCED you to have another glass of red wine???

Seriously, mistakes happen. Call Customer Relations and politely ask for reimbursement.

That's what I'm thinking.

Yes, the noise cancelling aspect is very enhanced. I can't hear anything now.

The way you set it up, I thought they were going to end up submerged in some other liquid...
